GENDER EQUITY SPEAKER
Speaking & Events
Dr. Amy Diehl is sought-after speaker for conferences, workshops, guest lectures, and panels. Topics include gender bias, inclusive workplaces, women in leadership, and navigating adversity, barriers and obstacles.
She helps leaders learn how to transform their organizations into gender-equitable, inclusive workplaces and empowers women to understand workplace gender bias and to succeed at work. While a biased workplace may tell a woman that she’s not good enough, that the problems she encounters are her fault, and that she should limit her aspirations, it’s not true. Women are enough and should not take the problems they encounter personally. It’s the workplace culture that must change, not the women.
Her speaking resonates in all industries. Past clients have included The World Bank, University of South Carolina, College Promise, WILD Network, Royal Hospital for Children (Scotland), Purdue University, Pennsylvania Bar Association, and the US Department of State.
